Date of Birth: December 28, 2148. Capricorn. 58 years old
Head of the Defense Forces Intelligence Bureau. In cooperation with key figures in the political and business worlds, she promotes “Dezarium’s return to Earth” with conviction. Heikuro Todo, the current Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Forces, is her older brother.
Yoshiro Kosaka

Date of Birth: June 21, 2179. Gemini. 28 years old
A teacher at Ichigyo Elementary School on the outskirts of the new capital. He is kind-hearted and honest. He teaches students to respect diverse values. He is the homeroom teacher for the first grade, and one of his students is Kato Tsubasa.
Skaldart
Voice: Naoya Uchida
The man who commands the Dezarium army under the title of “Holy Leader.” He quietly looks down on Earth, which was occupied overnight, from the automated planet Goruba. Unlike other Dezarium, his appearance closely resembles that of Earth’s humans.
Sada
Voice: Marina Inoue
An excellent assistant to Holy Leader Skaldart. She calmly fulfills her assigned role in order to realize Dezarium’s goals.
Automatic Planet Goruba
A mobile fortress dispatched with the Grand Reverse to conquer Earth. A total of six satellites are deployed in Earth orbit. Each of the six has a different surface pattern color, and are given the names Goruba Satou (light yellow), Goruba Dua (dark blue), Goruba Tiga (reddish-purple), Goruba Umpad (pink), Goruba Lima (yellow-green), and Goruba Enam (red).
Similar to the encounter between Earth and Gamilas in the Bolzon star system, it also has a class of phase-transforming armor that can neutralize direct hits from Wave-Motion Guns. It has a huge domed space inside, and it is possible to connect this space with subspace by using a capture field.
