In order to advance their plans to accommodate the Garmillans living on Earth while they wait to be moved to planet Galman, a section of the moon was leased from the Earth government and the city called “Third Baleras” was built. However, Ginga crashed onto the moon during a battle with Dezarium and was stranded on Third Baleras. Varel immediately rescued the crew, including Saki Todo, but Dezarium’s commander-in-chief Kazan demanded that Ginga be handed over.

After the entire crew was rescued from the Ginga, which crashed on the Moon’s leased land “Third Baleras”, a Garmillan “suicide bombing” occurrs in the new capital on Earth.
